About Yonat Yoga.

I started practising yoga whilst completing a BA in dance as a way to strengthen the body, but very quickly ’fell in love’ with the practice because of the sense of grounding and empowerment that it has brought to my life.

I graduated as a yoga teacher with Katy Appleton (Appleyoga) in 2010 and has been qualified to teach children with Special Yoga, and pre & post-natal yoga with Appleyoga.

I teach Vinyasa flow classes which are influenced by my background as a dancer. These classes aim to strengthen the body, increase mobility, calm the mind and bring an awareness to the profound connection between the body and the mind.

I teaches private and group classes to adults, pregnant women, new mums , teenagers, children & parents as well as dancers. I am very excited to share with you the beauty and the magic of yoga!
